K & I Field Services respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This statement explains what information we can see when you enroll a device in the Microsoft Intune Company Portal and how we use it.

What information we can see

When you enroll a device, we may be able to view:

• Your device name, model, and operating system

• Device identifiers (such as serial number or IMEI)

• Device compliance status (for example, whether required security settings are enabled)

• Company-managed apps installed through Intune

• Your company email address and username

What we cannot see

We do not have access to:

• Personal emails, messages, photos, or videos

• Phone call history or text message content

• Personal app data or browsing history

• Location data (unless explicitly required and communicated)

How we use this information

We use device and account information only to:

• Protect company data

• Enforce security policies

• Provide access to company resources

• Support and troubleshoot work-related issues

Device removal or unenrollment

If your device is unenrolled from Intune or you leave the company:

• Company data and apps may be removed

• Personal data is not accessed or deleted

Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required to operate Microsoft Intune or comply with legal obligations.
